I should have read the reviews before booking with this company, similar story to everyone else here
I booked our minibus on 26th September 2024 for an office trip on 6th December and paid my deposit, I received an email cancelling the trip on 25th November and my deposit refunded leaving it very difficult to arrange alternative transport. strike me as a very amateur operation

The experience I had from Transport Hub UK was very poor. I ended up taking out most of my belongings myself while they sat in the van. They even asked me, "Is that it?" with regards to some of my property. They seemed to be very inexperienced and also were not able (or didn't want to take out an item of my furniture). This caused me to incur a fine of £100 from my previous letting agents for waste disposal.

If I were you I would avoid these cowboys ?

Coach cancelled 1 day before wedding (110 people)

We booked 2 coaches from Scotland To London 3 months prior to the journey. we paid £2000 deposit and £5000 was going to be paid before the journey. I called him many times after the booking was made just to re-assure it was all good. He advised everything is fine and asked me to call few days before the journey as well regarding the payment of £5000.

Omar who was looking after us called me one day before the event and told me that they couldn’t do the journey.

This wedding was planned for one whole week. Our relatives from Australia, America, Finland, Nepal, India, Czech and many other country were here exited for the wedding.

We were on last main big days celebrating our ceremony when Omar called and CANCELLED THE JOURNEY literally 1 day prior to the departure…. Me and my family went through mental breakdown. Planning the whole wedding was so tough and the most important part was to get to london for the wedding. And it had been cancelled last minute. Transport Hub has literally messed up our wedding.

Looking at other people reviews. Looks like cancelling coaches last minute is not new to them. I am not sure how they can run a company like this. Saying sorry is not enough. They should have provided with alternative.

As per their policy it says, we would be liable for full money if we cancelled the booking less then 5 days of the travel. What about them… they cancelled on us they should be liable for the extra expenses right?

Cancelling booking by the company should be equally responsible and should have found us an alternative at least. This is DISAPPOINTING AND DISGUSTING. It’s INHUMAN. Probably need to upgrade your name to DISAPPOINTMENT HUB rather then transport hub.

On the middle of the event when there were 100’s of people in the house my family was calling more than 100 coach companies. As we were looking for a coach one day before we couldn’t find any. We had to cut down on the numbers of people and hire whatever was available instead of coaches and pay large amount of money to get to london all cause of the irresponsible service provided by Transport Hub & RS Coaches ABERDEEN.

The situation you have put us in… TRANSPORT HUB & RS COACHES ABERDEEN. It will come back to you. KARMA IS A B**

CONMEN CONMEN AVOID!!!
We were provided a quote for £700 after discussing a booking over the phone, there were different dates on the quote that was emailed, to what was discussed over the phone.
We confirmed this with them via email within 45 mins and chased several times to confirm the booking.
A week later we received another email saying they no longer had the available minibus but would happy provide us a different minibus for £930.
Very poor service and no accountability from staff or managers.

Booked a minibus for my family to the airport. It was an early morning flight and the driver arrived 10 mins early waiting for us.
He helped us with the luggage from home and again at the airport. He was very professional and polite.
Would highly recommend this company as the whole process was very smooth from booking to day of transfer.

What a rubbish company this is, we’ve booked our wedding travel bus in Months advance. ( two of them )
To travel from Edinburgh to London and back. Company mailed us just 2 days before to cancel it due to Covid-19. We do understand regarding Covid but being a big company, they can’t just tell us no more Bus due to Covid ? No alternative service or any other recommendations from the company. Very rude on the phone too, we we’re very helpless and let down by this company.
We had to call more then 100 places to find our new travel. As you can understand how hard it is in the wedding time. Somehow we’ve found some other company by paying them more then double because of urgent and shot notice, it’s been a months now since our wedding and they still haven’t come back to us regarding our deposit etc.
please don’t trust this company to your journey.

Coach arrived on hottest day of the year with not only no coolers or blowers, but the heating FULL ON and broken, unable to turn off.

Paid £500 more (£1,200 total for an 8-hour day-hire) for an "executive, new coach" and got a 15-year old wreck!

Refused to refund and then tried to pass responsibility to coach operator (whom they procured and processed our payment for).

Never, EVER use this agency. They are incompetent, illegal and darn-right dishonorable.

You have been warned.

I booked a minibus to take myself and 13 family members to Manchester Airport. I paid a £200 deposit and confirmed the booking a few days before. At 4am there was no sign of the minibus and no one answered our frantic calls and text messages. The MINIBUS NEVER ARRIVED and we had to find an alternative way to the airport. This was an extremely stressful start to our holiday. The subsequent response from The Transport Hub was appalling. I had to chase my deposit, ask for an apology and they didn’t even ask if we made it to the airport. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
