I would wholeheartedly recommend Tricia to anyone, my biggest regret is that I really didn't appreciate just how much anxiety was controlling my life until my mental health took a nosedive. The rewind technique has helped me to process and put to bed traumas. I worked intensively with Tricia for 3 months and felt heard and accepted, and love that she is down to earth and has a calming and empathetic way of being.

There is so much free material available on her website and lots of ways in which you can work with her. I have joined the Motherhood Unloaded group so I can still tap in to her wisdom and humanity and knowing that it’s OK not to feel OK some days.

I have just finished a second EFT session with Tricia. It has made a HUGE difference to my anxiety levels. Tricia is such a lovely person and SO easy to talk to. She immediately put me at ease and has helped me out no end! I actually have to admit that I wasn't sure this was going to work BUT it 100% has! I feel so much better. My anxiety levels have decreased dramatically and I now know how to control these feelings. Absolutely amazing and I HIGHLY recommend! Thank you SO much Tricia for everything.

What can I say about Tricia? Honestly I can’t even put into words how much she has helped me. I started learning about tapping through her free group and found it beneficial, so I signed up to her Overcome the Overload. This was such an insightful course because it identified how I was taking on too much of the everyday things and this was affecting my mental health and my ability to cope. Since then, I have been able to reduce the “burden” and share the tasks with my husband who has been a great help in lockdown. This has now become the new normal for us and life at home which is more peaceful and at a good equilibrium.

I also joined Tricia’s group and worked through a lot of areas where I was struggling personally. Her tapping evenings were a lifesaver some nights because I felt I was at the end of my tether and had a feeling of being alone (even though I wasn’t really). After about 2 months, something clicked in me after doing lots of practice and my mindset has completely changed. I have learned to block out the triggers which can start that downward spiral. It doesn’t stop it but I now know the warning signs and start a personal process to stop me going too far downhill and get me back to the place where I am happy.

It hasn’t been easy and I know there are times I will need a top up with Tricia. But she is incredibly supportive and positive in her thinking to help you, particularly busy mums, get out of that difficult place we often find ourselves. I am deeply grateful to Tricia for helping me get back to “me” and the person I remembered.

Its been over 3 years since the birth of my son, and the trauma from the experience definitely stayed with me and affected my wish to have more children. Any time it was brought up I'd feel like I was back in that room experiencing that panic.

I did 2 birth trauma sessions with Tricia, the first was telling my birth story and focusing on what I wanted to feel in the future, and the second was Rewind therapy. Inbetween I was given a personalised meditation to listen to regularly.

I didn't know what to expect but I am blown away by the results. It has legitimately worked for me ✊ The intensity around the birth has gone from a 9 out of 10 to a 1.5, decreasing at each stage.

It took 3+ years but I feel like I can finally move on - that I had an experience, that I'm no longer carrying it with me, and that I can have a future with more children in it.

Bloody powerful.

The Rewind therapy itself took place during meditation, and it was the most relaxed I have felt in my life. The process did not trigger me at all during the therapy, and I was able through it to separate the memory from the emotions and trauma, and mentally bury them for good.
