Used them for an extension on my home and a significant error was made in their report. This resulted in the wrong foundation depth being required which would have cost me an extra £1,000 in concrete and extra skips to dispose of the soil. I also no longer needed the claymaster that I’d bought so I sold it at a loss of £120. I decided to pay for another company who included some significant extras to what Tricorn had done. For example, reinforcing the brickwork under the padstone for the weight of the beam. This was to prevent stress fractures in the existing brickwork. They also did it as 2 beams bolted together but Tricorn did it as one beam weighing 480kg which would have needed a crane to lift it in which is not possible due to overhead cables. I felt as though they were not interested in any queries once they’d been paid.
Therefore I would not recommend this company.
