Professional Business Coaching by Trucoach

Charlene has been coaching me for the past 3 weeks. I found the sessions we had together, in planning for the future of my business and my own personal performance, to be instrumental in preparing me to lead. Charlene has enabled me to focus on creating new business systems that will be beneficial for the business, while at the same time challenging me to consider the existing multiples and leverage.

The qualities I appreciate about Charlene are that she is objective, clear, concise, and exceptionally challenging of myself and of the business. I have known Charlene for a few months, meeting her just after I arrived in England. With our South African backgrounds in common and our mutual love of Jesus, we quickly became friends. Charlene did a coaching session with me this morning as I am job-hunting, in itself not an easy task but when you're my age and you've been in lockdown for 18 months it is far more difficult.
During the coaching session Charlene helped me to focus, to have a goal (even a small one) to work towards and to go in one direction instead of having a "rolling stone gathers no moss" mindset. I loved that she listened and asked questions about things I hadn't thought of and showed me choices that I could make. I really enjoyed the session and would love to continue working with her. If you have decisions to make, can't focus or have a mind that feels like you're treading water then I highly recommend that you contact Charlene, she would love to listen.
