Kat gave me a session on “managing remote workers”.

On the call (hosted via Zoom) we talked through Hire Write Talent’s current business challenges and I was given plenty of practical ideas to take back. Most of the session was centred around fostering an encouraging and supportive environment, where people who are working with us from a distance feel engaged. How to develop processes which enable that and how to keep that up as our business scales.

Kat gave me plenty of recommendations for tools to help me get the job done, as well as data and real world studies to back up the information she’d presented. The session was well organised, including preparation and follow up. And Kat was positive and attentive.

Thanks so much for the session, I know when my business becomes too complex to sustain its current state, I’ll be back.
