Just got back from a WW1 battlefields trip to Belgium/France (with 49 students) and had the pleasure of Dave as our bus driver. Dave went above and beyond and was a fan favourite with our students (and staff) to the point that they were chanting his name when he left. His driving was faultless and we felt so safe and confident with Dave as our driver from the Uk across to Europe on the ferry. We would certainly love to have Dave again next year as our driver. I was not able to find an email so please could you pass this on to someone who is able to thank Dave for us and recognise his hard work and fantastic character. Thank you Dave for helping our students have such a memorable trip that they will be talking about for years to come!

We booked Turners Coaches for a company-wide business meeting and the service provided was excellent. Great communication with the driver, El, who arrived promptly for pick up and drop off. El also looked after us on both journeys to keep us both informed and comfortable, she was absolutely fantastic! We will be booking again for sure. Thank you!

Today 17th Aug at 2.30pm at Shepton Mallet on the A37 close by the junction of Charlton Rd a Turners coach parked on the pavement, blocked the A37 northbound and blocked my driveway. I eventually got the driver to move forward so I could drive in but I got no apology from him instead he invited to take his photo and stared aggressively towards me.

TOP MARKS! Just used for first time to transport orchestra members to London from Bristol with a late night return...it's been an annual gig and Turners are easily the best coach company we've used so far. Booking was easy, we had a really nice coach with a brilliant driver who was friendly, accommodating and kept in contact to ensure everything ran like clockwork (which it did.. he was early to both pick ups by just right amount!). A stress free booking- Would definitely use again.

Angry bus driver alert! This morning (12/11 @ 8.40, Cumberland Basin), politely pulled along side a Turners Coach to inform him that his back drivers-side indicator was out, when I was told, along the lines of “move the F along” with the associated finger flicking!

If said indicator was working, we would’ve known you wanted to change lanes. Feedback is useful, have a day off drive!

Today 24/09/24 @ ~07:45 a turner coach cut off my way driving on the wrong side of the road near Bristol Grammar School. This reckless driving puts lives at risk in areas where there are lots of cyclists and pedestrians.

We traveled to Walshingam today from Bristol and we booked a 70+ seater standard, the pricing was not so expensive. However, it was a poorly planned trip. They mentioned there will be two drivers on the coach. We started late from our pick up point, driver took their own route to destination delaying and ch driver on the way, they mentioned that their SatNav is a professional one, why it doesn’t reroute when there is accidents on the route While heading back to Bristol, they never mentioned about their max driving hours with break was 15 hours, the whole 68 people, including small kids, pregnant women have to be just 1 1/2 away from Bristol waiting 1hour or more on the road for another driver to be replaced to reach Bristol and reaching home around 1:30AM.

This experience would have been avoided if they planned the trip properly!! Sorry 😞 would never book this coach to any destination!!
