Absolutely shocking customer service! Booked and paid a deposit a few months prior and told to pay the rest cash on the day, 2 weeks before booking I received an email saying they now need all the money upfront and sent me payment links to my email and text. I contacted Edward and asked why the terms have changed from the original agreement and he said he can change them at any point basically! Read reviews of the company and this is what they do request money up front and do not turn up! He is now demanding I pay the rest if I cancel! DO NOT USE!

We ordered an 8-seater minibus, and Edward sent a taxi (that we could've booked ourselves for much less). We wanted a minibus for comfort, and instead, we got a taxi with small seats, many of which faced backward, and seats covered in gold glitter from previous passengers.

We emailed Edward asking for a discount--not a refund--given he sent a different vehicle without informing us, and he was rude and unhelpful.

Do not use this company if you can help it. I wish we'd read these reviews before we booked.

I used this company for a minibus to and from a festival, they offered a fair price and both drivers were great. Very punctual and communicated with me well, so could not fault them.
Was a little unsure of the booking as I never received a confirmation email (I booked about a week in advance) however I did receive a message the day before to confirm.
Good overall service!

Avoid using this company at all costs, absolutely shocking service!

We booked a bus for a festival, we paid £150 deposit and the other £300 was due on collection, total cost £450.

Despite me making contact throughout the week to check the booking was ok, something didn’t feel right, no replies to emails etc, so I followed up with calls to confirm receipt, but Edward didn’t seem to want any business, which was a worry.

Anyway our long awaited day arrived, all 12 people had paid over £150 each for tickets for the event which started at 14:00, we arranged a 12:00 collection due to a 1.5hr distance to the event.

At 12:15 I called Edward after the bus hasn’t arrived… he passed us the drivers number, we called the driver who had no idea what we were talking about.

Edward didn’t have any sympathy or back up plan and calmly said they will refund the deposit, leaving me to deal with 12 frustrated people who have paid a fortune for some tickets for a music festival.

After 10+ calls and stress levels through the roof, the driver we called said he could get to us but it would take him 2hrs.

When the lovely driver arrived he said he’d not received any booking, hence his surprise when we called, but luckily had no other runs in so got through ASAP.

Edward would not of been interested if this driver couldn’t make the trip in my opinion, whilst most companies would be mortified looking for alternatives.

Avoid this company at all Costs, I’d recommend using a local trusted company you can rely on. After this chaos we’ve booked hotels next year, neat the venue.

We missed over 3hr of our festival and no discount was offered for this shocking service!

You didn't update the formal quote, you only sent an email with the updated address after me telling you 4 times it needed to be updated.

I reached out today after reading the reviews you have online (2.2/5) and after you gave no guidance as to when future payment will be required, so I enquired.

Your response to that question was to send over another email link for payment - with the wrong address, yet again!

Then your telephone manner was incredibly dismissive and unhelpful.

Please can you refund me for a clear lack of just getting it wrong - otherwise I will share this email chain on the web and on review sites for people to see.

Turned up with the wrong size bus so half of us had to wait for another to arrive.
Driver was racing all the way he was already late for his next pickup.
Late on collection and sent an even smaller bus, so a third of us had to catch a taxi home.

Read reviews after booking service, Edward was upfront and was understanding of my reservations. the minibus arrived early. Didn’t experience what others have written. Good service.

Absolutely disgusting, would leave no stars if possible. Despite paying in full, had a phone call saying the booking is cancelled at 4:45pm when we’re supposed to be taking 20 clients to Nottingham (some over from France) at 7:30am tomorrow! Phoning around other companies and they’ve had the same feedback from other people. They should be shut down!
