After worrying for days about a leaning wall I’d just uncovered under some old plaster in our new (to us) family home, being ghosted by one SE and fobbed off by another, I happened across Zacs number. The guy turned up a day later (today) and with his knowledge and agreeable character put my mind right at ease. He explained the front of my house isn’t going to fall off and I’m not going to have to sell my organs on the black market to pay for the remedial work. Absolutely buzzing. Excellent service provided by Zac. He provided calculations for our build and always was a phone call away when needed. If any problems arose he was always there and supported us to the end. Came to the site a few times to make sure everything was going to plan and no hidden charges. Thank you and will certainly recommend

Highly recommended. We left messages with different companies to no avail. Then someone we know suggested Zac and gave us his number. He called the same day. Explained everything in a way that we understood. He promptly emailed the technical details we needed to pass on to building control. We can honestly say that Zac was professional & prompt in all aspects of his work

Zak has been such an enormous help to us on our renovation. Our original SE couldn't continue our project so Zak was recommended to us. He came to visit the next day as we needed urgent advice, gave sound advice to my contractor and is on hand to assist in any queries and give professional advice. He genuinely wants to make sure things are done correctly. He charges a really fair price and wants to make sure our renovation goes according to plan.

I was recommended zak from (Universal consulting ) as I was looking to extend my property and I can honestly say I'm so glad he was. He went above and beyond on everything.
My plans where a single Storey 22mt wrap around extention and making the corner of the original property look light it's floating with all that info he went away within a week I had first sample plans which look amazing made every thing so easy and straightforward with getting all the plans approved.
He was always contactable very professionally and happy to help on the smallest of thing .
I highly recommend zak to anyone that are looking to extend or build your own property great job.

Exceptional service from Zak, I could not recommend him more highly! We were advised to consult structural engineer due to suspected structural issue in retaining wall. Zak was very helpful and took time to explain to us in detail. He was also always advising the most cost effective way for both his services and potential solution to the house issue.
