Be very careful if you've received a job offer from them they basically tried to scam me by offering me 9000 When the job was advertised for 13000. company has a very high turn over rate as well employees there even told me that. also appears they're using fake google reviews to boost their review score.

I wasn't going to leave a review for this awful company as I parted ways with them 3 years ago and it was a very stressful, upsetting and expensive experience, however today I received a phone call telling me I still have an outstanding invoice of £36 from December 2020. They must be struggling if they are chasing this, and I do not owe it as I have an email from the totally unpleasant Cristina (Danny's partner) back then stating I had paid my full and final invoice (as I had to essentially buy my way out of the contract.)
Interesting that there are several reviews from former staff members saying they were forced to post fake reviews. I know that whilst I was paying them for supposed "services" the staff turnover was high and there were a lot of very young (cheap) apprentices. I now have a text threatening further action if I don't settle the £36 invoice. I owe this dreadful company nothing.
There are actually companies out there who will care about your business, this is not one of them.

I’m sorry, I’ve kept my original review at the bottom but I have to say, I’ve Been nothing but hounded for money I do not owe, for a website this company started without my go ahead, I’ve messaged the director that is apparently a friend! 100 times to notify him and warn him his office is hounding me constantly, he just replies with “sorry mate il get it sorted” I’m so sick to death of it and I can’t explain how much I would not use this company, if he can do it to a friend he can do it to anyone. I wish I listened to warnings from people before.

Nothing but good things to say about Universal Web Design. Professional service from Danny and his team. Over the moon with our website and the logo they produced for my company, always updating our webpage with fresh ideas. Many of my customers compliment us on the quality of the website.
