Assad provided everything we needed. Explained his services clearly, visited site to measure and consultation in person. Helpful with on-site questions and quick responses. We would certainly look for Assad’s help again in the future. Assad also shared other recommended contacts for other aspects of the build that we were thankful for. We are really pleased with the final design and appreciated his support talking through the various options before the final the design.

Assad was excellent in providing the structural calculations for our kitchen extension. His communication was excellent, always responding promptly. When our builder needed to make alterations, Assad was on hand to support by re checking the calculations and providing the necessary updates for building control. Assad’s quote for the work undertaken was also very reasonable. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I’m very glad we used Assad’s services. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Assad is simply amazing at what he does. What I appreciate the most about him is I do not need to chase him up for the drawings, quite the opposite, he would regularly check in with me, for example, to see if the builders have checked the steel beams and to require further information to complete the drawing. It took 5 months for the council to decide on the planning permission, Assad was patient and kept in contact with me throughout the process.

Assad was quick to come out to our property and do the drawings required. He offered various options to complete the project, including one the builder said he wouldn’t have thought of doing, but agreed was good.
