Having used Venom IT for support over many years at work I have found them to be responsive, professional and very good value.
They are dedicated to providing excellent customer service, an example of which occurred during the last heavy snow. One of their engineers became stuck in the snow on his way to our site. Instead of abandoning the visit he left his car and finished the journey on foot in order to complete the work. Highly commendable.
