I was very dubious of EMDR therapy at first, however when Neil fully explained the approach to me, it made complete logical sense and very easy to understand how this type of treatment can work. Subsequently with Neil's very professional support this fantastic technique has been used to treat two very different personal issues for me bereavement and a fear of flying. Both of which had fantastic results and I would highly recommend Neil at the Victoria Therapy Centre as a very professional therapist and for anyone who doesn't like the conventional "speaking" approach to therapy to try EMDR - It works wonders! Thank you Neil.
