John Malinson, was amazing for us, our mortgage wasn't straightforward and he stuck with us, going above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal. We were that impressed with the service that we also got our life insurance through John, he made sure we didn't pay a penny more than we needed to and he got our policy's to work for us. I can't recommend him enough. We have already put our son in touch with him and will always highly recommend him to everyone. If you want a stress free mortgage application and someone who works on behalf of you and not the mortgage company John is your guy.

Me & my partner have just recently gone through the 1st time buyer process and happily bought our 1st home! Chris Clegg was our mortgage advisor and he honestly couldn’t do enough for us.

We struggled a bit during the whole process and it took quite a long time for everything to get accepted but with Chris being our mortgage advisor he helped us so much throughout the whole process.

I really don’t think we’d be moving into our home today if it wasn’t for Chris. I was quite stressed at the start of getting our mortgage accepted by the lenders but Chris reassured me everyday & did everything I asked and more! He made me feel more as ease during the process.

I would 100% recommend Chris if anyone is wanting to buy there 1st home 🙂

I came to Vista for my first mortgage and John Mallinson went above and beyond in every aspect he could.

He searched and found the best current deal, explained everything in detail for me and helped me to understand the process.

John also helped with organising a survey for the property I was buying, and the mortgage deal that he found also gave me a better price for it compared to others.

He also helped in getting quotes for Home and Life insurance, which has now also been sorted. Smooth sailing throughout the whole process and I couldn't recommend him more.

I truly believe John genuinely wants to help all of his customers as much as he possibly can. Always friendly and very easy to talk to. I will recommend John to everyone I can and I'm so very thankful for all he has done.

John at Vista Financial Management was recommended to us by my mother in law and I knew he went any and beyond sorting her mortgage a few years ago. He was amazing throughout the process of finding our first mortgage and offered lots of advice on buying a new build, using Help to Buy also helped to then port said mortgage to a new property when we unexpectedly had to move. He will help with so much more than just the mortgage, any questions I had regarding the house buying process John had always answered my call. We also had to sort our application after working hours which wasn’t a problem for John and often ended up doing paperwork until 8-9pm. He saved us a lot hassle and money in the process, I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for mortgage advice - thank you John!
