We have been working with VivoHR for over 4 years. Initially VivoHR supported us with TUPE, creation of HR documentation and policy. Since then we have had a flourishing relationship with Sam and her team. We use VivoHR for all our HR, hiring, firing and everything in between.

Sam and her team has provided us with quality training for our Team Leaders, ensuring that they are leading and delivering effective appraisals, COVID intervention – ensuing that we were law abiding and following Government Guidelines. I recently turned to VivoHR to help to review our current freelancer contracts to ensure they included a clause we were having problems with. Of course they were quick to come back with a revised version, not only adding in our clause, but kindly highlighting several other areas of improvement due to regulation changes in IR35 etc. We eagerly implemented all recommendations and are now happy that we have appropriate documentation in place for our new and existing freelancers.
