VMTP Midlands had my BMW 6 series in for diagnostics on a gearbox issue. They were very friendly and professional explaining exactly what was found and in a very timely manner. All the repairs were carried out and again very promptly with great communication and explanation throughout and further more for less than originally expected due to their expertise. I can’t recommend them enough.

VMTP were fantastic when it came to my gearbox repairs. Took my car in January and was shown metal flakes in the gearbox oil. Car was under warranty so agreed for investigations to take place. A lot more damage was found. Lee specifically kept me up to date, and although the incompetent warranty company themselves were atrocious, VMTP were exceptional and kept their customers best interest at the forefront. The warranty company dragged it out for 5 weeks before declining, however Lee kept contact with me regularly and kept patience with me and understood the delays were due to the warranty company throughout. The repairs eventually were turned around in 3 days, so I was able to collect the car last week. They offered a 12 month warranty on the parts they've replaced. Although the price was frightening, the extent of the damage was more frightening so you'll get expertise of ZF accredited repairers and great customer service from a company you can trust. Fellow people passionate about cars that know gearboxes inside out. Thank you Lee and team, you've been exceptional and the car drives very well, nothing but good words about VMTP. Highly recommend keeping VMTP in mind for any gearbox servicing or work you may require for your cars!

I first experienced VMTP many years ago and made a note of them for future reference as they did a good job for me on an automatic Peugeot.
This time I took my Jaguar XK8 for a 5-speed ZF auto gearbox service. VMTP were very accommodating as I had to travel some distance to get there and basically gave me a "while you wait" appointment as I couldn't drop the car off all day.
They didn't disappoint. Great customer service and a good value price (less than originally quoted). Pleasant friendly staff, waiting room and toilet facilities.

Unfortunately had an issue with my CVT transmission for a Qashqai. Called VMTP and spoke to Lee who was able to fit me in that week to have it assessed. Provided a breakdown of possible issues and potential costs associated with a repair, and able to provide me with a courtesy car while the repairs took place. Kept me updated thoughout with photos and a video of the issue. They were able to repair the transmission within a week, and explained all the work and the costs due to this. Very professional, and great service and communication throughout!

Excellent service from the guys at vmtp. Took my amarok over for the gearbox to be serviced and Lee kept me fully updated on the progress. Even on finding a damaged gearbox mount they informed me straight away, took pictures so I could see and even said I could view it on their ramp if needs be. Good honest people, was a pleasure.
