I approached Keith Parnall in July 2023, having been recommended his services as a mortgage broker by my sister and her partner's sister. Keith swiftly provided me with a mortgage illustration that suited my financial situation and I felt confident that I could start looking for a property.

In January 2024, I found a suitable property and got back in touch with Keith. We reviewed my details and found what I considered to be an even better mortgage illustration, allowing me to put an offer on the property, which was accepted. The interest rate dropped since I received the Decision in Principle and Keith's colleague, Lindsay, was in touch with me promptly to advise me that a new mortgage offer would be provided.
