My small business needed to go through a process which, according to a number of online forums, was fraught with difficulty and had the potential to result in downtime and, possibly, data loss. So, I was dreading it.
I needn't have worried. Owen and David at Westview IT made it all so easy that, if I didn't have to provide some verification information, I wouldn't even have noticed it had happened.
As well as their obvious IT expertise, they also have the rare skill of making it an unintimidating experience by explaining things in layman's terms - without it feeling for one moment like condescension.
As if that wasn't enough, they are also extremely good value for money. I'd put off dealing with the issue because I was concerned it would be expensive. Again, I needn't have worried. The amount I was quoted was lower than I had anticipated, and it was the amount I was charged.

Owen, at West View IT, is an IT wizard. One click on the online help button and his magic wand sprung into action. He listens to the IT problem, explains the solution in jargon free language, is up front with his prices and calmly sets about solving it for you. Our problem was a software problem and he had it solved remotely within the hour. The problem had been stopping us from doing business and so it was great to be up and running so quickly and with someone so friendly and supportive. The service is good value for money. Highly recommended.
