I have known the Director since 2009 and she appears very kind and considerate and wants to befriend. In 2021 I realised this was false immediately after my husband had died suddenly. She falsified a death claim settlement with Aviva and portrayed in authorised documents that I would receive the life insurance and the valid contracts stated. She then intercepted the payment, had is paid elsewhere and internal data revealed she needed to deny me the £450,000 because she wanted to lock the funds away from me so she would earn £25,000 in commissions each year. This breached the contracts, the law (UTCCR 1999 S5) and COBS 16.6.2 She then denied doing my probate which she was not regulated to do. She has reallocated the life insurance to 2 of my 5 sons and left me and my 3 sons financially deprived. My 3 sons (deprived) consist of a non-verbal autistic adult son, and 2 x 4 year old twins who witnessed their father’s sudden death at home and have been receiving bereavement counselling. Nicola West has caused financial and economic abuse and family estrangement. By inserting my son who was not fit for controlling the family finances, she did this by forgery or documents and material discrepancies that were detected by her company on February 16th 2021 but disregarded. She was very keen to get that money away from protecting the family and to have it reallocated to the 2 sons of mine whom she had a conflicted association. She also misled HMRC and hid the money from them too which are further discrepancies. I would steer clear of this organisation as she should not be working with any people particularly vulnerable and bereaved widows as she has not fulfilled the duty of care or ethical code of practice nor the FCA Principles of Practice 2.1 which require acting in the clients best interests. I have evidence of a full paper trail to show this is factually correct and she has exploited her client and embezzled the life insurance in fraud to harm a family and insert a son as a rogue trustee to ‘control’ and financially abuse his mother which he has successfully done.
