We have used Westway for a number of years for charity trips from london to the Lake District. The coaches are a different level and the drivers are always great - helpful and friendly and get us everyone on schedule. Would highly recommend and even though they only run premium luxury coaches with toilets etc their pricing is really competitive.

I have used Westway Coaches for three consecutive days. I was impressed with the professionalism of their staff. The standard of driving was excellent. And their Coaches are maintained to a very high standard. I would not hesitate in using them again. I can see why they have the Royal Warrant. And most importantly, they are punctual.

KORA ANNUAL ELDERS BALLET DAY TRIP 4th July 2024

What a difference a year makes!! The feedback last year (see below) was 5star but we were so disappointed this year. H

My Elders were kept waiting on the road for over 30 minutes, the drivers number we were given went to the answerphone constantly.

The man (Josh) who dealt with my call querying the location of our coach had extremely bad customer care. The driver tried his best but did not appear to know the area.

As a result, we arrived late and the coach had to park a distance from the usual spot and a number of my Elders found the extra long walk difficult. The coach arriving late had a major negative impact on our experience this year. We arrived late and didn’t have time to enjoy our lunch (we had to eat during the performance) My Elders and I agreed that we will not use Westway coaches again.

KORA Ltd ANNUAL LCB BALLET DAY TRIP 13TH APRIL 2023
Thank you Westway Coaches, my Elders and I had a wonderful time on Thursday!
Our annual day trip to the children’s ballet (Snow White) was made extra special by the absolutely fabulous service we received from Westway coaches.
Our driver Eric was pleasant and welcoming. He went over and beyond to ensure that we were happy as well as safe when entering and leaving the coach. Many of my Elders have mobility challenges and it was a relief to have a driver who escorted them on and off the coach when assistant was required.

The drive to and from the theatre was perfect and I managed to play our favourite songs with the use of my small speaker and the microphone on the coach, which worked like a dream!?

Our Elders were so happy with the service, they asked me to book Westway and Eric for next year!

I was very happy with the customer service leading up to our journey and this great service continued from pick up to drop off. Everything ran smoothly and the coach was bright, clean & comfortable.

I intend to use your services again in the near future and based on our experience would not hesitate to recommend you, in fact I have already done so!

I wanted to let you know that the inaugural Noble Frog Tour trip to London was a success! The three times we used your motorcoaches were fantastic! The LHR transfer with Paul; the 1/2 day tour of the city with Lynton; and the return transfer to LHR with Richard O. were seamless.
