Update 10/05 - Review has changed to a three due to finally receiving an email response after I updated my review.

Update 07/05 - My experience up until the end of the stage 2 Interview was good and had no concerns at that point (see below for original review)

However the rating has now changed due to a few things that I will state below.

The feedback provided from the interview - Firstly I was told that I didn't score high enough, secondly that they were looking for experience.

No detail was provided regarding the scoring and how I could be better for next time.

The experience issues contradicts initial feedback from the employer when they received my CV, also why would I have gone as far as the final stage interview to be told this? This either means I was lied to and I wasted my time going through the process, or the employer isn't being honest with feedback.

Either way I wasted a day's holiday and £60 in fuel and food.

Finally the way I was presented my feedback was as salesman like as you could expect, a short email and that's it, not a response to my above concern to the lack of feedback.

I would not use again and highly recommend to anyone to go elsewhere. LinkedIn probably...

Wills was very easy to to work with. I’ve dealt with many recruitment agencies but wills was the by far the easiest. So fast at responses through the interview stages. I would highly recommend working with wills recruitment. Natalia who I was working with was very informative with what I should prepare for my fist stage of the interview process, even sending examples of what I should prepare for. In the end an offer of a new opportunity was given 5 minutes after leaving second stage of the the interview, that’s how fast they work. Very impressed overall.
