Driver on the school trip should be so proud, exactly the problem with today’s generation, no discipline from parents or schools, meaning they walk all over parents & teachers, they need to bring back smacking. Would hire this driver immediately without hesitation.

Avoid the good reviews this company should be shut down the driver should not have spoke to kids in this way I would not be using this company avoid if you want best coach service go to one you can trust I'm so glad that driver doesn't work for you any more if you are. A school in the area do not use this company and use a company you trust to transport your kids in a safe way and the drivers are CRB checked and a DBs checked

It's not possible to give zero stars. I wouldn't use this coach company if it was the last one in the country. You will not be safe on these coaches, The drivers are violent and threatening towards young children.

After what I’ve just seen, I would seriously consider vetting these drivers! Absolutely appalling and disgusting. The driver stating “you’re just a little boy, you’re nothing” well sir, you are a fully grown adult male bullying children. Says more about you than the children on board. Vile.
