We stayed at this residence for just one night, and I truly wish we had more time to enjoy it fully. The property is beautifully maintained, with lots of trees and flowers adding to the charm. The kids' playground and the table tennis area were delightful surprises. We even spotted a couple of peacocks roaming the grounds—they were lovely, though quite loud at times!
We had hoped to use the pool, but were surprised by its limited hours—it closes at 6 p.m. and reopens at 9 a.m. The apartment itself was well-equipped, with a small kitchen that had everything needed to prepare a proper meal. The beds were comfortable, and everything was spotless. Overall, a great stay in a peaceful and well-kept setting

Just stayed for 1 night with my 2 children in a 1 bedroom apartment.||Although I did stay 9 years ago, the place exceeded expectations ||I mirror a previous reviewer’s comments; don’t expect 5 star luxury and you should hopefully be pleasantly surprised. ||Yes it’s a slightly dated in areas, but they could easily charge double the rate for the room if it was all newly refurbed, and staying with children I actually relaxed more knowing not everything was pristine.||The apartment was really cosy, the grounds were great, kids loved the table tennis table, felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We also used the swimming pool which was great .||Lucy on reception was really helpful and friendly, and so was the gentleman working at the pool, didn’t catch his name sorry.||The place must cost an absolute fortune to run , I don’t know how they make a profit, i do wonder if people consider this when leaving negative reviews.||I was gutted I could only stay for 1 night, I will be back 🤞🏻

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible resort, and I can't recommend it enough.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and valued. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly set this place apart.

The accommodations were luxurious and comfortable, with stunning views that made every morning feel like a vacation in paradise. Our favourite was the Peacocks!!The amenities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the sauna, which provided a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

What really stood out was the staff's commitment to ensuring myself and my son had a memorable experience. Whether it was the friendly manager who helped with recommendations or the attentive receptionists who remembered my preferences, their dedication made our stay exceptional. Overall, this resort exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return!

Nice resort though but run down and needs updating. Our room was hot and unable to open balcony doors didn't help. The bathroom is a bit dated so could do with more modern fittings. No restaurant on site. Swimming pool area also needs some tlc.

Very relaxed venue. Very quiet and accommodation was very clean on arrival. Our chalet was very easy to find, map and directions were simple to follow. Defo return again. Not many cafes nearby that I could find. Also make sure you have all amenities as you will have to go out again to get supermarket supplies.
Thanks for a lovely stay

Woodford Bridge Country Club in North Devon is well worth a visit at least once. We are local to the area ( live an hour away) and wanted to really rewind and relax for the weekend. So we booked a one bed house here. What a great surprise and a beautiful find.
The check in is simple but you often have to wait in a queue to be seen. The rooms are self catered but the surrounding areas have food places and visiting food trucks. There is also a shop on site opening around 5.30 in the afternoon. I'm so impressed by the members of staff
working tirelessly to see and speak to each person in the queue in a kind and polite way. Look out for the peacock and peahens roaming around the grounds. The whole area is surrounded by wonderful large trees. Look out for the fairy homes on trees.

We spent an amazing weekend here celebrating our wedding anniversary. ||The customer service is out of this world. They bent over backwards for us to make it a memorable weekend. They decorated our bed with rose petals and towel swans and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and a 20% discount on the spa treatments we enquired about. All the staff we met were so friendly and congratulated us on our anniversary. ||The facilities are amazing - the pool is lovely and the jacuzzi and sauna are so relaxing. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The outside areas are well kept and it’s in a lovely quiet part of the countryside. The only sounds are from the peacocks calling. ||The only downside was that their bar and restaurant on site were closed when we stayed as they had lost the business that ran it for them and were in the process of finding new business owners to run it. They did, however, recommend local pubs and restaurants we could use. ||Our Club Suite room was sumptuous and the icing on the cake was that it had a kitchenette in it with kettle, toaster, microwave, combi oven and fridge. The set up was better than some self-catering places I’ve stayed at! Everything was thought of, even washing up liquid and a tea towel. There was even an iron and ironing board in the cupboard and a hairdryer in the dressing table drawer. ||All in all a spectacular place - don’t hesitate to make a booking!!

Booked it through RCI. Quaint hillside property with various buildings. Our unit was quaint with an upstairs bedroom and bath. We used the onsite Fitness Center and washer/dryer at the laundry service. Very pleasant unit with small kitchen adjacent to small dining table and living room. Recommended even though it is rather in a remote area. Of note is that Lizzie's Larder is nearby offering breakfast, lunch and sandwiches, tea and coffee. There were many Peacocks and Peahens around the property-fun to see!
