AVOID! Worst agency experience of my life. If you value your income stream and desire a professional and honest relationship with your agency/employer STAY CLEAR!!! Dave Jackson advertised a job as unloading mattresses from lorries. Great I’m thinking, I’ll do that all day long gladly. I left my previous employment and terminated that source of income based solely on this information. When I got to Packaging Services Europe. I was told there is no such work available. They attempted to place me on a tray washing machine (the only work they have available in reality) they don’t provide there staff with waterproofs. You are expected to scrape rotten chicken carcasses from food company trays such as Ocado and Waitrose. I would not subject my worst enemy to this kind of labour. I’ve had to bin my clothes as I conducted the work for 5 minutes and was unable to remove the stench. A completely different world from what was described. The company is also flooding the adjacent road with chemical waste.

Bottom line:

Dave Jackson preys on the vulnerable hit hardest by the covid pandemic knowing they are in a position where they will take any form of employment. Dave deliberately glamourises the job description to draw you in, take commission and gain some kind of sadistic satisfaction from screwing your income flow around.

Great agency, really friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile for you. Some people moan about the contract temporary work but the consultants have no control over the requirements, hours and wages, that's down to the Company supplied. They always have time for you here and will help you if they can.

No reliable hours, no stable work place, employers from companies get rid of you just like that, telling you they don't need you anymore, worse than of the trash bin, and they jut use you & kick you out. Not going to seek work throug this agency anymore! Ever.

Absolutely shocking was asked to come to the office after 12.00 was stood outside for 20 minutes rang the office over 10 times to get put straight to voicemail would not recommend using this agency
