We have not been able to contact them since they took the last payment last year and did not complete the job. We have paid whatever they asked us to. I have tried every method to reach them - email, phone, mobile phone - and left messages, but received no response. We need to apply for a change of use for our shop on East Street in Horsham. Avoid at all costs! We have reported them to Trading Standards.
