I have recently completed a sale and purchase using Mark from Wykeham &Co.

From the first interaction Mark was cool, calm, collected and very well informed.

Mark had a tricky job at times due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and evasive to Marks calls/emails. Never the less Mark kept at it with a pleasant persistence.

Mark kept me informed throughout the process of what was happening, what was outstanding and who he was chasing for information.

I strongly feel without Mark this transaction would have either stopped or we still be trying to push water uphill with the buyers solicitor.

I feel Wykeham/Marks pricing is very fair considering the effort involved. I would definitely recommend using Mark for your house move!
