Really excellent service from start to finish. We had a tricky situation and had a really bad experience with a developer. Becki helped us at every stage with no stress at all, and managed to get our mortgage transferred to a deferent property after the inevitable fall out with the new-build developer. Even managed to extend the time period so we had no rush in securing the property we had found instead. When I say Becki works fast, she works fast!!
I explained to her what had happened and that we needed to secure a mortgage fast or we would risk losing the house we had an offer in.
Not only did she work fast, she worked all hours. Becki would send emails right up until 11pm with updates and after 3 days after contacting her, she secured me a mortgage what was WAY better than the original mortgage lender!!!
This company is one that I would use again and would certainly make sure my friends and family use in the future.
