the buses are absolutely freezing . It's winter and no heating on the buses for old people, people with bad immune systems and other members of the public and especially the drivers. Is the management that tight and that bad with there management , service, care the the public and there drivers is shocking.

Can't rate highly enough.

We've just moved up from London and were advised to get the Weekly Multi ABC passe, which have saved us a lot of money.

The two members of staff at the travel centre deserve an award. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable about the Xplore routes, ticket options and passes, but they patiently deal with lots of customers going above and beyond the call of duty. They always have time for everyone despite being understaffed and busy on occasions.

This bus service is extremely disappointing. It's consistently unreliable, with buses either arriving late or not showing up at all. Even when they do operate, they often depart earlier than scheduled or are significantly delayed. Waiting times are excessive, especially after 8pm when service quality declines further. Unlike in other parts of Scotland, such as Glasgow and Edinburgh, where bus services are efficient and affordable, Dundee's service is overpriced and unreliable. I believe a change in management, such as Arriva taking over, is necessary to improve the situation. Purchasing a weekly saver is a waste of money, as I frequently end up taking a cab home due to the bus service's unreliability. Overall, this is the worst bus service I've experienced.

My wife and I have used this service and it’s brilliant. Left Edinburgh airport yesterday at 9pm and our driver Malcolm was very good and we had a enjoyable trip back to Dundee.
Looking forward to our next holiday and using the airport service.

Booked my bus ticket to Edinburgh airport then realised that it works with my flight times, but I won't get there on time after finishing work at 8:30am. They were very nice and gave me a full refund.

Wish the timing was more regular so that I could have just travelled by coach!

It's also quite inconvenient that you have to go in to book it - no option to book it online.

The service I pay for is atrocious I deserve a refund for the constant let down the app tells you the bus is due and it never shows up every single day this happens to me and I can't even talk to someone to recover any information other than sorry we are short drivers this is a cop out this does not explain the app always being wrong!!!!!!!

Stressed due to Scotrail strike disruption (I hope they get their pay and conditions increases) we were so kindly treated by driver Willie and his very helpful assistant who made calls to ensure my husband's therapy dog was able to come on the bus from X90 Dundee to Edinburgh. Thank you so much to you both, so kind.
