After a sudden and unexpected major flood, which flooded the whole of the ground floor level of the house. Initially we contacted the insurance company who, although fairly helpful initially, it was felt that the subsequent tasks and expectations that were expected of us, were onerous, due to health and mobility issues. A business acquaintance recommended that we approach Graham and Your-claim. From the moment we contacted Your-claim we were treated as if nothing was too much of a problem.
Graham Pretty came to see us the very next day. Taking on the role of intermediary with the insurance company, therefore taking the stress out of the situation. He took on the task of filling the gaps where the insurance company didn't meet our expectations.
Not only did Graham liaise with the insurance company, he took on the role of project manager. Sourcing the various trades people to complete the task of getting our home back to being livable.
