Our firm have been with YourIT for a few years for support now and I've been very impressed with their service. They often go above and beyond and they have shone during the pandemic, which must have been a very testing time for them.

I was hot desking and couldn't get my email via outlook on the computer I was logged onto. I called and spoke to a very helpful chap called Luke and he was on the case immediately, he even told me he'd call me back when it was sorted and by the time I had made myself a cup of tea he had called me having fixed the problem. E mail was stopped from an important client as he has a password on all attachments as the project was confidential. No satisfactory explanation why this extra security was in place. As a result all e mail and attachments lost from the client the first day of a high profile contract. Very embarrassing !
