I was looking to have my rental property fully managed and Your Move Rochester were recommended to me. I wasn't committed to having an estate agent manage things as i had done this myself for a number of years so the cost had to be right and i needed to have confidence in the agents. Having initially spoken with Lucy and then meeting her at the property the decision was an easy one.
The process was suprisingly smooth mainly due to the excellent communication. Lucy was in regular contact to answer any queries and to ensure i was happy with the steps being taken. Having taken photographs and then marketing online a number of viewings were quickly arranged. I received relevant information regarding prospective tenants which gave me the confidence to know that those who went forward for credit checks and references would be suitable tenants.
Only 4 weeks after initial contact we had fantastic tenants moved in with no issues. Thank you again Lucy and to Lea as well who i believe conducted some viewings. Your hard work , knowledge and professionalism was impressive and much appreciated.
