I decided to use Sarah's 3 session program after feeling frustrated in my current role and I knew I wanted to change my career. I didn't know how to do it as I hadn't had an interview in over 7 years, my CV wasn't up to date and I didn't feel very confident but she helped me through the whole process by looking at all my strengths, ensuring all my transferable skills were highlighted well in the CV and helped me with my interview practice. I met with Sarah Hickling several months after being made redundant from a job I did for over 16 years, due to a restructure with the business.
Although it was great being home for a while, I was beginning to feel like I was losing my confidence and wanted to meet new people and use my brain again.
Meeting with Sarah was the best thing I could have done. She really listened to me and asked me the right questions which in turn got me thinking that I could go out and work again. She had so much enthusiasm which in turn made me feel that not only the time was right to go and find a job but how to go about it.
Sarah gave me some ‘homework’ which really got me thinking about my future and which road to take. She helped me enormously with my CV with good advice and suggestions, and now I am working part-time in a job in which I’m really happy and it’s given me back my confidence again.

I cannot thank Sarah enough for her help and support. Look at the date of this review and you will see that its being written on the 3rd day of 'lockdown'. Last week was one of my lowest point in years (and I consider myself and extremely positive person) and was considering postponing an appointment with Sarah that I'd had booked for quite a while as I felt it probably wasn't relevant to try and focus on my business with such an ever changing situation. BUT I didn't and what a good choice I made! Not only did we work through and create some plans that were long overdue, but she gave me my positivity back and that is FAR more important for my health and well being.
