The transport service in Bedgrove is terrible. Unfortunately, there is only one bus serving the area, and the driver operates it however he pleases. Many times, we are left waiting for hours while he parks, smokes, or talks on the phone. After a long day at work, we just want to get home, but instead, we’re stuck waiting with no regard for our time. When we ask about the delay, he doesn’t care, acting as if the bus is his personal vehicle. This situation is unacceptable, and action needs to be taken to improve this service. We are tired of it!

For the past 5 months, the traffic in Kingsbrook has been unbearable. Thank you to the morning K1 driver who waits for me and tells me the safest times to catch the bus. Most days it takes me 45 mins plus to get to the train station. Always friendly & polite. Thank you, a credit to your company.

I can't thank Natalia and Val enough for their exceptional service in helping locate my son's lost property. After realizing he had left something important on one of their buses, I contacted their customer service team. They were incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to assist us. These buses are never on time in around kings brook only one driver seems to be on time other bus drivers skipping and not turning up on time

I use this bus company for school everyday and it is terrible the coaches are good but we haven’t had them for months now and the busses never have enough seats. We also have a grumpy old bus driver, before we left the school he got up to tell us something which most of the time is not to stand(even though there isn’t enough seats) and he couldn’t even stand up straight and he always slams on the breaks for no reason there is 1 or 2 good bus drivers but we haven’t had them since the coaches

Absolutely terrible company. Busses constantly braking down, drivers braking multiple laws by speeding and dangerous driving to name a few never mind driving with there instroments coverd by bags. There is no care, respect or thought for the safety of any of the children on the school busses as they drive with headphoneson with the volumeup so as the drivers and management have said is "so they dont hear the kids". Kids are genuinely scared of getting onto the busses due to the poor quality of driving. And dont waste your time phoning the main office as all you get from them is very bad attitude, name callingand are vile towards women especially and thats their management. The standard of the busses maintenance is also appalling. I would genuinely put no star's but unfortunately I can't.

Late as usual half the time drivers don’t even come to the stop just so they can have a longer break on that roundabout on just the edge of the Kingsbrook estate, should just hand over the bus route to redline because clearly you guys don’t wanna attend at the correct times, making people late to work and kids who are trying to get to college/school isn’t fair on anyone from the Kingsbrook estate. Useless…
