The team at Nest have completely transformed our home over an 8 month period this year. Knowing we’d be living at home throughout our renovation, what mattered most to us was trust - in both the guys onsite and the quality of work being carried out. The builders couldn’t have been better - friendly, respectful and committed to getting the job done. We are delighted with the finished product, it was certainly worth the wait!

As two busy full-time working parents we sought a company who could manage the project on our behalf. Working with Dene and Debbie gave us confidence that any unexpected challenges along the way would be dealt with. Being able to rely on their expertise took the pressure off making significant (and costly) decisions throughout.

When we decided to extend our home we wanted to maximise light and space to create an area we would spent time with family and friends.

From our first meet with Debbie and Dene we have worked together to realise our ambition and we are delighted with outcome. We now have a beautiful space which has transformed our home.

Having retired, we wanted to extend our kitchen into a family space for friends and grandchildren. After looking at various possibilities, we were intrigued with the Nest website, which showed very contemporary
extensions onto older properties in Glasgow's West End.
After preliminary meetings discussing ideas and design proposals, we embarked on a partnership with them on a journey which took us through the architect's design, planning and build. All these services were done in house with demolition experts, builders, joiners, plumbers, and electricians, seamlessly becoming involved as the job progressed.
Special praise must go to the directors, Dene and Debbie for having the vision, confidence, but above all the competence to see the project through.
All the men worked diligently - the head joiner, Gavin, merits particular praise for his attention to detail and the high quality of his work. Nest's project management and process was seamless- we were always consulted on any changes, either in the build, or variance in cost.
Nest have commissioned and built a breathtaking contemporary extension, which blends harmoniously with an Edwardian sandstone building. The result is simply stunning.
We can't thank Nest and their team enough for their efforts, or recommend them more highly.

Dene + Debbie Happell provide a refreshing 'design-minded' service that not many Contractors can offer. By offering early engagement, we have worked together with them from the early design stages, to ensure they are on board with our concept proposals, and to allow us to price the works from an early stage, making sure that this does not exceed our clients budget expectations and if necessary allowing us tailor the design to suit. Attention to detail, is critical to them in the same way, it is to us at Bespoke, which makes them a good pairing for our brand. We had a major renovation of our property in the Trossachs completed by Nest recently. The project was complex and wide ranging. Nest were amazing to deal with. There were several sub contractors involved and all were excellent. Nest made lots of constructive suggestions and when the work was under way, their staff were pleasant and cooperative. We had to make a number of changes as the job progressed but at no time was this ever a problem. When a change was needed, we discussed our ideas with Dene Happell who would clearly define the work in writing with the probable cost. When complete, the small amount of snagging was promptly and courteously deal with. I would strongly recommend Nest
