We received an email from Pauls company, Action Coach.
I filled out a small questionnaire and within a few days I was contacted by Paul’s Assistant, who was extremely professional and gave me an overview of what Action Coach could bring to my company.

We arranged an mutually convenient appointment at our office, where I went through the general running of our business and within a couple of hours of discussion, it was evident that time management and many other areas of our business were not our strong point and clearly in need of Action Coach.

Various other telephone calls were had and an agreed price to proceed to start the process in digging deep into our company, when the dreaded Lockdown caused by Covid 19 happened and obviously things had to be put on hold.
During this horrendous time, Paul and like many other companies created various online virtual meetings of which we were kindly invited to, going through lots of different topics relating to business improvements, of which at no time did Paul request or mention any payment for.

We chose not to go with Action Coach in the end, purely down to changes within our company and the downsizing of staff, caused by Covid, however from what we had seen and experienced with Action Coach, I really would not hesitate to highly recommend Paul, as his extensive knowledge for Business its self and business problems is immense.
